Sydney Ferries Limited's Kaludah on fire at Gladesville in 1911. At the time she was the newest ferry in the fleet. Originally built as Kuranda in 1909 - when she suffered her first fire that saw her rebuilt as basically a new vessel. The second fire saw an end to her. Her engines were installed in Kamiri, launched in 1912 and identical to her.

Baragoola, Dee Why (or Curl Curl) and South Steyne at Kurraba Point in 1943. Goola looks like she's just arrived as prop wash and smoke can be seen, the middle boat has an overboard discharge operating and the Steyne appears to be out of service.

Scuttling of Commodore 8/9/1931 off Newcastle. Commodore in her later life worked as a tug in Newcastle and was the last ocean-going paddlewheel tug in Australia. She started life as a Manly ferry/tug/excursion steamer (Bert Lovett collection).
